NOTES: We think you’ll enjoy this coffee for it’s balance and notes of dried fig, green grape, and caramel.
Grown and produced by the indigenous Arhuaco community of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The ANEI cooperative is made up of over 700 families in the region dedicated to caring for land and one another, and committed to education and supporting women owned farmers.
This coffee is fairtrade and organic. The cherry was pulped in hand-cranked machines and beans were washed, fermented for approximately 18 hours and then dried on raised beds in the sun and in small solar greenhouses.

Note: If you choose to have your coffee ground, we suggest that it is used within one week.
